Just steps from the gleaming shoreline of Lake Marie sits your favorite vacation destination, Casa de Nello. In the perfect location for adventure, Casa de Nello is close to a variety of lakeside restaurants, great fishing spots, marinas, snowmobiling trails, and ski resorts! Under the warm Antioch sunshine, glide across the water on the provided kayaks (2), play on the water mat, or fire up the gas grill and host a delicious cookout. For an additional fee, you can utilize the on-site boat launch!

Through the French doors, discover a comfortable, open layout. To the left, the fully equipped chef's kitchen displays granite countertops, a sizable center island, and stainless steel appliances. To the right, the living room's plush seating and large smart TV lend themselves to morning newscasts and evening movie viewings.

The bunk room is perfect for the young and young at heart, whereas the primary bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom. Each of the three bedrooms is lined with soft linens and central air, ensuring everyone's comfort. A private washer/dryer rounds out the creature comforts at hand.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
If you’re using the water mats, kayaks, etc in the shed, please make sure to close and lock them back up.

This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are 5 cameras at the home. There are 2 at the back of the home facing the lake, 2 on the side of the home facing the parking, and 1 on the other side of the home facing the beach area. There are no cameras located inside the home or facing towards the inside.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
