"We really enjoyed our stay. Love the beach decor. Everything was very comfortable. The trails are great for walking and biking and are right outside the door. It’s a pleasant walk to the hotel and shops for dinner and drinks. Yes the beach is just a walk across the street for a beautiful sunrise. We will be back next year!"

"This unit is perfectly situated on the Plantation. Beautiful view overlooking the Atlantic. The unit itself is fabulous for a month long vacation. We’ll equipped with plenty of room to invite friends for a visit. We actually have the same unit reserved for the months of October and November. Can’t wait to go back to the island."

"Loved the condo! Rented a golf cart from ewheels for 6 days and kids loved it. That was their favorite thing to do, exploring the area. Condo was well stocked. Need to bring beach chairs, or you can rent them."

"The condo is located on the south end of the island therefore it is quiet, little traffic and we had the beach basically to ourselves. The timing was perfect if you are looking for a relaxing time without the hassle of crowds."

"We had a wonderful week on Amelia Island. The condo was well equipped for six adults. We enjoyed the beach (rented daily chairs and umbrellas set up by Sunsetters), the 5th floor patio was a perfect spot for happy hour and tennis and portable net for pickleball was within a 5 minute walk. We highly recommend!"

"The complex was great. 5 star. Villa was spacious, great floor plan, well decorated, great views. May need minor attention. Faucets in master bath very hard to turn on. Ice maker not working. Overall a little dated, but we will definitely try to rent this unit again. Overall 4.7."
