With 2 inviting bedrooms and the unbeatable location, this property is perfect for those seeking a coastal getaway for either business or leisure. Also convenient to Mayo Clinic, Ponte Vedra, or an easy drive to Downtown and the Stadium.

As you step into this thoughtfully designed property, you`ll immediately feel the coastal ambiance starting to relax you. The living area features plenty of space with comfortable seating where you can unwind after a long day of beach adventures. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you might need to whip up delicious meals. The open concept plan allows for conversation and continuing laughter even as meal prep is underway. At the end of the day, retreat to one of the tranquil bedrooms, each furnished with plush bedding (One King and One Queen) and fall into that wonderful sun-induced slumber. This villa is a one story Duplex and only 3-4 steps to the front door.

Beyond the comforts of the unit, the location truly shines. Just a short stroll away you will find yourself on the sands of the Atlantic Ocean shore. For those seeking culinary delights and vibrant nightlife, the surrounding areas offer a plethora of restaurants and bars. Although this unit also offers parking for your own vehicle, driving is not necessary and there are many other options.

A $25.00 charge per person over 4 guests will be charged up to 6 guests.

Beach Buggy service will pick you up for free (please tip them!) with a smile on their face and escort you safely to and from anywhere along Jax, Atlantic and Neptune Beaches.
Beach Bikes are available for you to rent from BeachLife Rentals - Other Beach supplies are complimentary.

We can be as involved as you`d like! We have a team closeby - so if needed, we are only a text or phone call away. We are available by phone or by platform messenger anytime.

Jacksonville Beach is a wonderful place year round for families and single travelers alike. This location is bikable and walkable to the beach, the pier, restaurants, bars, beach shops etc. The Jacksonville Beach Seawalk Pavilion is nearby with a large grounds space and outdoor amphitheater, so events and fun festivals are always an option the majority of the year. Oktoberfest, 90`s music festivals, Deck the Chairs Christmas festival and lights show, the list is extensive! For grocery options, you have Publix within a short distance, Whole Foods, and many Wine/Liquor stores available as well.

PETS
We warmly welcome 4 legged CANINE friends. No cats, please. (They don`t like the beach!)
There is a Pet Fee of $100 per pet. When you reserve, please be sure to indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs you are agreeing that you have reviews our following guidelines and agree to them.
Maximum allowed is 2 dogs under 20lb, or 1 dog under 40lb.
If you have a dog larger than this size, feel free to ask us for an exception but we must approve it. If a larger dog is approved the pet fee will be $150.00. Breed and age are needed and they must be on a current flea/tick protocol.
NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs.
Must be completely house trained or kept in a kennel when left alone.

Guests are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance. In the event of a cancellation where a refund is due per the cancellation policy, funds will be reimbursed less the Stripe processing fees.

Our beach communities are extremely welcoming to animals and we are a very dog friendly community. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend with you to many restaurants or bars that have outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.

OTHER BOOKABLE PROPERTIES:
We do have other units in the surrounding buildings that are between 1-2 bedrooms, sleeping between 2-6. You are welcome and encouraged to book any combination of units together if you need more space or traveling with multiple groups - so if you are booking one of the other units and this one is available, you are welcome to add it on for any number of nights. Just reach out and I am happy to try and accommodate your needs as long as it`s possible.

Grocery delivery and stock - Send us a list and we can acquire the needed items for you and have them put away by the time you arrive, so you can start the relaxation immediately!

Decor for special celebration or occasion, such as Bachelorette weekend, Babymoon, Honeymoon, Anniversary, or any other special time.

Daily linen turndown and bathroom refresh

These services are gladly provided when requested in advance. Fee will depend on number of guests, scope of needs, and length of stay. Please ask me about details and we`d love to help make your time with us as special as possible!

Riders are not charged any type of fee, but encouraged to tip drivers however they see fit. Riders can request on-demand rides between their sponsor network locations, businesses, hotels, and residential addresses via mobile app

Pet Policy-
We gladly allow small dogs in this unit, a maximum of 2 dogs under 10 lbs, or 1 dog under 20 lbs. If you are bringing pets with you, please add their breed and age in your intro message, and prepare to show proof of current vaccination.
