"The property was good and staff was nice. The parking spots are extremely tight bc they are shared with an apartment building. Parking should be free. Also, there should be a free coffee station for guests."

"Jeffrey was the best host. This is a beautiful property which is obviously lovingly maintained. The building is so pretty and has multiple sitting areas outside of your room (which was also great). I have dietary restrictions and Jeffrey and others made sure to have snacks for me to enjoy during the wonderful nightly happy hours and delicious options for breakfast. This area was also fun to explore and Jeffrey gave us very good pointers on where to go."

This place is unremarkable, pictures on the site are unrepresentative and service is horrible. 1) service: This hotel is in the gold hotel.com rewards program. As gold members we should therefore be offered both a free drink and a complimentary upgrade if available. On this particular day the hotel was mostly empty. "Had a great time with the pinball machines and game systems! Kids loved them too! And it was a great location right by the highway, but in a quiet neighborhood."

"The rooms were clean but a little worn and dated. The pillows could use some help. They were a little too soft. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and breakfast was abundant and constantly monitored and replenished. Not much in the neighborhood, a few chain restaurants. All in all not bad for an overnight stopover."

"I had a wonderful time staying at the Omni! The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, and the service was excellent! Parking wasn't bad. Very crowded but the parking deck is big so not too much of an issue. I stayed here with a friend of mine for a convention that was happening near the area. "We were there for 6 nights our beds were never changed there was blood splatter on the bathroom wall, rust all in the shower. Trash was only taken out once and no liners in trash cans. We had to go to customer service 4 times to get our own towels, wash clothes and toilet paper. Room was never vacuumed or swept the sink was dirty when we arrived and there was hair all over the floor. Only one elevator worked and the parking garage leaked all over when it rained.
