"Very clean and lovely staff"

"Very worn. Elevator and front dor out of order. Many rooms deemed unsafe (picture). Room without shower curtain and coffee cups. Not clean. Homeless people sleeping on the staircase. Seems like closing down? Price way too high for that quality!"

This place is unremarkable, pictures on the site are unrepresentative and service is horrible. 1) service: This hotel is in the gold hotel.com rewards program. As gold members we should therefore be offered both a free drink and a complimentary upgrade if available. On this particular day the hotel was mostly empty. Upon check-in the person at the front desk entirely refused to provide either rewards although acknowledging that it was clearly stated...

"Everything was great! If I had to mention something that stood out, that was outstanding it would certainly be the patience and kindness of the Valet gentleman that helped me search for my missing glasses! He went above and beyond to help me try to find them, I did later find them! The overall “Graduate” theme was carried out throughout the hotel, and it was fun to see all the decor. The staff were warm, welcoming and helpful! We ended up ordering several appetizers and entrees for dinner...

"The woman that worked the night shift is an actual saint. I arrived at midnight after a day of moving my house and driving from NY with my dog and kids. She saw the exhaustion on my face and jumped right in to make sure I got in easy. She helped me with my bags and my car and just ushered us in to our room to rest. I love this woman. Give her equity. "

"This was my first stay at this location and when I tell you how amazing this place is. I was greeted by such a nice man (Bryan) upon my arrival, he was just so courteous and attentive. Unfortunately, I didnt get the other 2 staff members name, but they both were equally nice. Now, this was the cherry on top for me and that was the Breakfast Bowl prepared by the kitchen staff. Again, I didnt get the lovely lady's name that assisted me Monday morning, but between the delicious breakfast bowl and...

"My stay was excellent! The general manager, Patrick, was very polite and courteous as he assisted me with checkin and ensured I was familiar with how to navigate my stay. I felt safe. The room was comfy and clean, and I will stay there again when I am in town. The parking is very convenient for a city hotel. "
