Hotel med 5 stjerner i Chinatown, New York

"Great location, nice rooms and friendly staff - what's not to like. "

"Staff at front desk extremely kind. But No help getting into the car with lugage from the doorman. Hotel warn down and needs renovation. Not very clean. No shelves to put clothes so lived out of my suitcase for 6 days ( 5 star hotel???) No ironboard. Good amenities. Good coffee and minibar selection in room. Loud hip hop music and average coffee in breakfast area. Elevator system good. "

"Great hotel and staff. Nice bar. Close to subway lines, Brooklyn Bridge, WTC, etc. Woukd stay again. Small things to improve: some complimentary water in the room upon arrival, an in-room coffee machine wouldn’t harm. The complimentary coffee on ground floor was sometimes empty or with no cups - shouldn’t be an issue at a five star hotel. NB: Lower floors can hear subway."

"Nyt hotel og alt interiør var lækkert og nyt. Høfligt og servicemindet personale. Fantastiske værelser og super beliggende på Manhatten. "

" Review – $800 per night Stayed: 2 adults, 2 children (ages 11 and 15), 1 week Overall, the hotel offers a great location in Manhattan, with the added bonus of a fantastic jazz bar inside and spacious rooms. The restaurant on the ground floor was also very nice and convenient. However, there were several drawbacks. Our room was extremely dark, with only a small 1-meter window, which made it feel quite enclosed. There was a strange odor on the 9th floor, where our room was located — we noticed...

"Bedste personale - de er så søde, imødekommende og altid smilende. Beliggenheden en super. Skøn morgenmad og gode værelser. Lækre cocktails i baren. Kan kun give min bedste anbefaling."
