"Would be good if more than 1 toilet roll for 4 nights is provided instead of expecting that the travller buys a 4 roll pack from shops - small but inconvenient and wasteful. This also goes for dishwasher liquid - which was not provided but only 2 dishwashing tablets for the dishwasher. The sponge provided is a well used one., does not give a sense of hygiene.

"NEVER book this place! I messaged them about early checkin, they said it won’t be possible and it was fine with us. We arrived somewhere close outside the property (no clear directions on where it is). Waited an hour with my kids in a restaurant and they finally messaged that they had a glitch in their system and that the apartment is not available. I had to book another hotel last minute. Never book this property. They are not reliable. Awful experience with these people"
