"The property was beautiful with an abundance of pools, restaurants, and entertainment. The staff were incredible and very accommodating! Everyone was very helpful and kind to us and our 9 month old baby. There was a small drainage issue in our shower that caused some flooding. "The staff was excellent, they go out of their way to be friendly and accommodating. If you’re looking for a lot of action, stay somewhere else, this place has a very laid back vibe. Never had to wait for a lounge by the pool or on the beach. I was looking for a place to snorkel without going on an excursion, and this fit the bill. "The Hotel had a Wow factor the minute you entered the recption area. Rented an Ocean view room very clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were excellent. The resturant food was good you did not have to worry about bottled water because they had an excellent purification system. There were plenty of things to do if you had kids they had games for them as well. The staff were very polite and helpful. Overall an excellent experience. "

"Super beliggenhed, venlig og hjælpsom personale. Hotellet er kun 2 år og alt er stadig fint og nyt. Stranden er virkelig smuk og der er gode strandstole og håndklæder. Et rigtig rigtig godt hotel med den bedste beliggehed. Dog er sengene hårde som beton, vi sov nærmeste ikke de første par nætte, da sengene er de dårligste jeg har prøvet. Maden er god men dyr. Morgenmaden der er inkluderet i værelset, blev vi bestemt ikke mætte af."
