I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The toilet in my initial room was clogged, and no one assisted me until the following day. Maintenance came out four separate times but was unable to fix the issue. On the second day, I was moved to another room; however, I did not receive any housekeeping service for the remainder of my stay.
Whenever I requested towels, staff would tell me they were not assigned to my area and that I needed to contact the front desk. Unfortunately, the front desk rarely answered calls, and when I was finally able to reach someone, it took a long time for assistance to arrive. My room door was opened while I was in the shower.
Additionally, I informed the excursions staff that I was booked through Expedia, but my Expedia points were never applied.
Overall, the lack of responsiveness, poor communication, and unresolved maintenance issues made for a frustrating experience.
