I was pleased with how comfortable the bed was, it signalled how exhausted I felt.
The only issue I had was with the food and liquor, the food was not great, flavour is nonexistent (I would dare say the chef can't cook), at least not for discerning caribbean taste buds.
Staff excellent, special mention to Shantoy (housekeeping) for keeping my room clean and being personable, Oshin and Shanalee (entertainment and fitness) for showing me I need to exercise more and Deanette mgr of the Greenleaf for finding my water bottle and following up. Melissa of Renova Spa, thank you for that awesome massage. I thank you all for making my stay good. I will return if you fix the food part, to menit was thst bad. Mind you not all the items were flavorless, there were some.good aspects and yes there were options. My next vacay is around Thanksgiving I will watch the reviews for improvement in this area...and will likely take my own rum and coffee when I return, but I will return. Nice hotel and property.
Another issue, the call center lied to me qhen I attempted to book by phone, they said they did not have rooms becaise I refised to tell them that O was calling from Jamaica. It sounds like you have an issue with locals going ro your property that you create gridlocks to prevent bookings.....be careful with that image.
