"Startede vores ferie i Mexico med 3 dage på Wyndham Alltra. Alt i alt et glimrende all-inclusive resort, alt personale vi stødte på var virkelig serviceminded, vi fik prøvet den Mexicanske, Italienske og Asiatiske restaurant, alle 3 var rigtigt gode. Hotellet er ikke nyt og nogle steder ser det lidt slidt ud. Poolområdet er måske lidt småt i forhold til hotellets størrelse, vi havde dog ingen problemer med at finde liggestole. Største anke var at ved check-in var de ekstremt interesserede i at...

"Llegamos después de las 3 pm,hora del check-in,y no había donde poder almorzar, todos los restantes cerrados, la habitación que nos dieron tenia muchos problemas,estre ellos,la caja fuerte no funcionaba, el televisor no se veía con nitidez, el ventilador de techo hacías un ruido muy fuerte, la ventana de la habitación tenía el cierre dañado y se abría sola,en fin pedimos que nos moviera de esa habitación, pero el hotel estaba sobre-vendido,por suerte nos trasladaron hasta el hotel RIU PALACE...
