"The property itself was small but charming, the rooms/suites were large and the backyard was spacious as well with a private pool (a bit chilly as there is not much sun in the back). The room rates were very reasonable for what we got. That being said there was no housekeeping (we stayed for 5 days) and it got quite sandy and messy as there was no broom for us to use. We also did not get any spare towels and so we had to do our own laundry (one out of 2 washers worked, no dryer) and it was quite...

"When arriving to Kuun Taak, we got our walk-thru and I really liked what I saw. The property is very beautiful and has a second floor since we booked the family section with two bedrooms, private hot tub and a private pool. The hot tub on the second floor still had leaves in it. This was a huge disappointment since I was looking forward to the hot tub after a long trip..but I digress and I didn't make a big deal at the time. I was told that if I make a request that the hot tub would be prepared....

Unfortunately, the roof is closed/ locked until 8am, so you can’t go up there in the morning to watch the sunrise over the sea (part of the reason for booking this place). Building is still under construction, as well as several nearby buildings. So expect to hear pounding throughout the day. Jean assisted in arranging transportation Cancun to Playa and return. With 2 bedrooms and bathrooms the setup was perfect for us. The suite was clean and all amenities as expected. "My husband and I stayed for three wonderful nights. The condo was well-equipped. Although we did not really cook, it appeared to have everything needed should you choose to cook. The water supply and ability to make ice was a definite plus. We also appreciated the variety of games. The seaweed was expected, but not a problem for us. The water shoes that were supplied made it easy to get passed it and over the rocks to enjoy the beautiful clear water! Although a bit snug for my husband's size...

"The suite was really nice, had everything we needed. Phenomenal location, quiet end of 5th. The only downside of this suite that couldn’t be controlled is there isn’t a lot of natural light. The pool was wonderful and warm and not busy at all."
