Après avoir réservé votre réservation le 11 mars 2023, nous vous avons envoyé un e-mail vous informant que la piscine serait retirée de l'installation le 24 avril 2023, votre réservation était pour le 30 juillet 2023. Nous vous avons envoyé UN AUTRE e-mail la semaine avant l'arrivée vous informant la piscine avait été enlevée.Le nettoyage de la chambre à coucher est généralement effectué lorsque vous accrochez l'étiquette de la porte à la porte. Nos employés ne sont pas autorisés à entrer dans une chambre à coucher sans l'étiquette de porte ou l'approbation ; des avis étaient dans la salle. Je suis tellement désolé pour ce malentendu Lydie! peut-être que la barrière de la langue a causé un problème.L'utilisation de la baignoire spa n'était pas interdite ; il y avait un avis indiquant que les bulles dans le bain à remous étaient interdites. Et si des bulles étaient utilisées, une amende de 500 serait perçue. Encore une fois, probablement une barrière linguistique.Nous avons du personnel sur place tous les jours, y compris les week-ends, de 7h00 à 18h00 le soir. L'aubergiste, qui habite à proximité, vous a également fourni un numéro de téléphone si vous en aviez besoin et nous n'avons jamais reçu d'appel téléphonique.Nous sommes désolés que vous ayez été déçu de votre séjour; cependant tu n'as rien dit pendant que tu es resté avec nous.

We have a different breakfast each morning and we love serving you on two plates. One plate for the sweet stuff and another plate for the savory. It's become a hit for many of our guests.

We do have step by step instructions under the tvs. I am so sorry that you needed more help. Knowing this, we will make sure this does not happen to another guest and set out clearer instructions.

Thank you for your review. We clean the B&B as though it is a home and even get on our hands and knees to clean the floors in the bathroom. IT is totally disinfected prior to arrival. The staff are trained to show our southern hospitality and to pamper our guests. We don't want our guests to want for anything. I am so sorry you felt that way.

Thank you for your kind review. Travelers use our B&B as a hub when visiting cajun land. Everything is literally spread all around Lafayette hardly anything in Lafayette) and we are literally in the middle of everything Cajun such as Tours, Food, Festivals, Dancing, Music. So sorry you thought everything was nearby. It's hard to please everyones pallet when cooking. Cajun season their food in the pots and that is why the food is so flavorful. So sorry you felt the food too salty; most rave over how well it tastes.
