"Old B&B but very convenient and clean. Great service and the breakfast was really good. After two weeks with hot English breakfast every morning it was nice with a continental breakfast. Fantastic location for exploring the town. Only 10 min walk to the city wall. Stayed there for two nights and had no complaints at all."

A couple of small things: 1- It would have been nice to know there was a flight of narrow stairs to get to room, 2- Bathroom sink is blocked by overhanging cabinets, toothbrushing very difficult, 3- bathroom door drifts open against the bed unless closed and then the bathroom is very hot. The hotel is right in the heart of the shambles, as a tourist that’s exactly the area where you want to be. The hotel is like nothing that you ever have experienced before, I can guarantee it. Without spoiling your experience I will tell you that my hard-to-please teenager was flabbergasted with the experience, he said it’s in his top 5 hotels in the world. "
