"The flat was lovely—spotlessly clean, easy to find, and in a great location. It was perfect for our family of four. The walk to the city centre took around 15 minutes, which the kids enjoyed without any complaints."

"This was an excellent property, immaculate in fact, plenty of storage ,everything was spotlessly clean, modern and well maintained. Beautiful bedrooms , comfy beds, loads of storage again . Everything had been well thought out . Good enclosed garden great for our dog . Margaret the owner was very helpful , the property was in an excellent position for visiting the surrounding area and Kirk Hammerton itself was a beautiful village and we only wish we could have stayed longer !"

"Fab apartment in a great location. Rooms are lovely & clean, got everything you need, like home from home. Owner & her husband very easy to deal with & obtaining the key when we arrived was super easy. Great having a car parking space too, major asset in a city! If I had to pick at one thing, it would just be the noise from the apartment above, TV was very loud each night till gone 11 but can’t blame the owners or the apartment on that, that’s really the luck of the draw as to whose above. "This was our second visit to this lovely cottage. It is very quaint and cosy. The setting is very peaceful - lots of birds singing and rabbits in the field. There is a busy road next to the cottage but that didn’t detract from the feeling of tranquility. The hot tub is fabulous. It’s a great base to explore the local area. It’s so easy to get a bus into Pocklington which is a lovely market town with good shops, pubs and restaurants. We had a great holiday and will definitely come back in...

"A lovely spacious converted barn with easy and safe parking. The photos do not do the living area justice. It is much bigger than expected. There are doors leading to an enclosed garden from the kitchen, lounge and double bedroom. Each bedroom having its own en-suite was a bonus. Convenient for visiting York and the coast. A delightful weekend for three generations and 2 dogs."
