Community amenities are plentiful at the newly constructed Timber Fox Condos and includes an underground heated parking garage for 1 compact vehicle, with additional parking outside on first come first serve basis, ski locker storage can be found on 1st level, bike storage can be found on the 1st floor, trash chute on every floor to keep things clean, and recycling. In addition, Timber Fox has a community Hot tub, and firepit outside, for guests to enjoy!

Many of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C because of the cooler climate. The resort base does close during the off seasons in the spring and fall and will vary depending on snow conditions, but the downtown area remains open year round. Each free activity is limited to one per day and must be reserved in advance through Xplorie and are seasonal subject to our partners availability. The owners have severe pet allergies, making this home is an animal free (with no exceptions). We have other lodging that can accommodate service animals and guests with pets. The unit includes parking for a max of 2 vehicles NOTE: Garage space can only fit a compact car. There is also a second assigned exterior parking spot that is covered.
