"This hotel is very odd. It's like it can't decide if it's really nice or really janky. The breakfast is excellent, but then the rooms are not maintained well at all. The customer service was excellent, though. Our first room was so bad that we asked for a new room, which they gave us with zero issue. (The carpet was soaked from the AC leaking, the bathroom faucet had no hot water, and the smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag). The second room was much better but still had issues (a...
"Our room was clean and comfortable, staff was super kind. We ran into an issue with our car during the stay and the clerk at the front desk was happy to help us with Ubers to get around until our tow truck was able to get us home."

"We had an overall excellent stay with great customer service. We checked in, put stuff in our room and went to our event. When we came back the room was hot, the AC not working. We went downstairs and they immediately gave us another room just across the hall. Theres a decent little breakfast as well. "

"The hotel was very nice and clean. The rooms were very clean. The staff at the front desk were very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing is it wasn’t walking distance to anything but that’s okay as we had a vehicle."
