Our property provides you with a unique opportunity to swim, fish, use the dock and fire pit, and to use the kayaks and canoe. We want you to take advantage of these amenities and have a memorable visit. However, by agreeing to our House Rules, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks involved with participating in these activities and that lakes, docks, campfires and boating may present dangers for adults and children. Children must be carefully supervised by an adult at all times when near the water and when using the boats. If you use the boats, we require the use of life jackets which we provide for you. The boats are for use ONLY by registered guests, NOT visitors. Because the water at the end of the dock is shallow, no diving or jumping off the dock is allowed. Children must be carefully supervised by an adult at all times in the fire pit area when there is a fire burning or while there are still hot embers present. By using these amenities, you acknowledge the potential risks discussed above, agree to accept full responsibility for any bodily injury that may occur to you and others in your party, and waive any claim whatsoever against the owners for accidents or claims arising from these activities.
