"I rented the 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom Penthouse condo and was shocked by the issues we had during our stay. When we checked in, the in-room safe didn't work and no one could fix it until the next day. And the list goes on - telephone to call the front desk didn't work, garbage disposal didn't work, washing machine didn't rinse or spin my clothes so I had to finish them in the sink.
