"Hotel was beautiful, clean, and the white sand beach was absolutely gorgeous. Staff very attentive and friendly. The daily breakfast was AMAZING. However, it took them a long time to forward extra blankets, and replace TV remote. This was due to short staff. Overall, I will definitely return to this property, EXCELLENT OVER ALL."

"Leadership was great when engaged. I do feel for it being a Ritz property the overall consistency of the client experience can be better prioritized. Check in too way to long and communication was non existent, F&B compared to other resorts in Grace bay was in my opinion below the Ritz standard. Once again leadership very engaged and curious, however how this is trickled down to staff i think there is a-lot of room for improvement. I would rate 8/10 on all facets. Expected a 10!"

The amenities were gorgeous and the staff was helpful and friendly. “Mr Happy” at the pool was always glad to see us and ready to get us anything we needed. The beach front property was heaven! The breakfast that was part of our package was plentiful and delicious. We will definitely be back"

"Our third time here, so it's a winner in our book. Travel tip: you have to request washcloths now (wth). Housekeeping took eight hours to send up the wash clothes, so I couldn't take a shower right away like I wanted. Guests should be offered the cloths at check-in. There was hair all on the doors and walls opposite the mirror in the bathroom. I guess from the previous guests blow drying their hair. That was definitely icky to see. Everything else was lovely. They improved the Pelican restaurant...

"The public areas of the property are aesthetically appealing, featuring a well-maintained swimming pool. Excellent access to the beach with lounge chairs is available. The front desk staff and restaurant personnel are both friendly and accommodating. However, the condition of the rooms is disappointing. The room I occupied lacked soundproofing; noises such as children shouting, footsteps from the upstairs guests, and conversations in the hallway were clearly audible and echoed into the room....

"Beautiful villa. Our butler Saman was amazing. It’s a bit away, about 10mins from the main action. We had rental cars and it was perfect. We were able to explore but also come back to our villa to enjoy the pool annd the lagoon beach. We had ages 5 to 75 annd everyone walked away with a great time. Amenities are plentiful. Highly recommend!"

"We had a wonderful time at Neptune Villas and were sad to leave! The property is as described and shown in the images. The private pool at the villas was amazing and the deck outside is where we spent most of our time just enjoying the view over Chalk Sound. Be aware there is not really any items in the kitchen as far as oil, ketchup, etc. There is salt and pepper and that is all. All the pots, pans, plates are there though. "The room and also the hotel premises were super clean and pristine! I absolutely love, love that! We had breakfast at the Daily Market everyday, more than enough food and so good. Ate a few days for lunch and it was good. If you’re looking for a resort that provides superb customer service and attention to detail, this is it! There’s a short walk to the beach where you can get chairs and umbrellas for a small daily fee. Less crowded beach area and very calm and clear water. We can’t wait to...
