"The staff was incredible from check in to check out. Anytime I had a question or needed anything they were on it. The staff that handled our room from beginning to end made sure the room was clean every day sometimes making a second trip. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. Make sure to check out their roof top bar and see my guy Wilder. Best bartender on the island. "beautiful property! the room is always kept clean and looks so luxurious. very comfortable and spacious, can’t complain about the room at all. the pools and the beach were amazing. very quiet and clean outside as well. the water at the beach was crystal clear. food on property is good too, the coffee is tasty. there’s a convenience store on the property, tennis court and bike rentals. everything is walking distance from the hotel as well. the hotel staff is very friendly and very welcoming. made...

"Villa del Mar is nicely located close to the beach on grace Bay, just behind Grace Bay Club, which you walk through to get to the beach, where Villa del Mar has their own area with service. Apartment was well equipped, aircon rather noisy though. Wifi worked mostly ok, but was sometimes slow. "The resort was absolutely phenomenal. It gave us a true island feel with four different villages with different themes including French, Italian, Caribbean, and key West. The Italian and key West were definitely newer built and more expensive rooms however the French and Caribbean were just fine still. "Johnathan was very accommodating with our request to be in same villas as our family members that joined us to celebrate my 50th bday! Beds were very comfortable and atmosphere was very calm and relaxing. Conch Shack is a short walk down the beach and very good!"

"I liked the privacy of the property and access to the beach and the amenities of activities. Property not taking all major credit cards like Discover and not knowing this upfront could be an issue .... need to make this public knowledge... Point Grace did not take Discover but their other properties accepted Discover... This is not a favorable score on this only...."

"A hidden gem! The property, lush with plants, flowers and fountains is truly a botanical environment. From the minute we arrived, to the minute we departed, we were treated like family. Ms Wenie, Maureen, Jeffrey (shuttle driver) and all the bar/kitchen staff and groundskeepers were very polite, attentive and professional. I highly recommend this quiet hidden gem with all the amenities at hand over any large resort. Thank you for a great week! We will be back! -Steve M. "
