Beautiful Grace Bay
Friends sailed for a week around the Caicos islands and then stayed on Provo, Grace Bay for 5 more days. Great central location, easy to walk to shops, restaurants and entertainment. Provo Pot cakes puppy walks was a favorite as well as TurksBerry right in front. Pool area was beautiful as was the beach. Stunning waters. I would recommend a cab ride if you don't have a rental car, to Blue Hill area to have lunch or early dinner at Mary's Kitchen, just past Da Conch Shack. The absolute best fresh red snapper meal I've ever had!

Amazing location and view! Highly recommend!
This condo in Villa Renaissance was spectacular! Beautiful inside and out, super close to the main part of town and all the restaurants, could walk out right onto the beach. We spent much time on the balcony overlooking Grace Beach and it's beauty. Comfy beds and awesome daily cleaning service. We would definitely want to stay here again! If you have 2 couples staying here, let them know and they will put the 2 twin beds in the second bedroom together before you arrive. Also, beautiful warm pool and hot tub protected from the wind! Can't say enough. Not a single complaint.

Hidden Gem
Our family loved staying at the Villa Renaissance. Its location is perfect. You are steps away from cute coffee shops and delicious restaurants. The villa was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping came in every day to tidy up. The staff is helpful and you truly can just relax. This is a hidden gem of a place to stay in Turks and Caicos. We would absolutely rent again.

Fantastic Unit and Fantastic Location!
Everything about the description is spot on. This unit is well cared fore and absolutely in the perfect part of grace bay if you enjoy getting into town which I’d highly encourage! The beach speaks for itself. I really appreciated the care taken for the upkeep of this property! It’s very clean. Only one suggestion if I had to change anything. I’d encourage the owner to purchase new beds. These were extremely firm. Aside from that everything was fantastic!

Ideal location in beautiful unit
Villa Renaissance is ideally located right on Grace Bay Beach and our unit, Suite Margarita, is spotlessly clean and well maintained. This is our third year and we have never incurred a problem. The unit and views are as represented. The owner responds promptly should you have any questions. We look forward to next year here!

Fantastic Suite!
This property was absolutely wonderful. It is very clean and well maintained with daily housekeeping services. The beds are very comfortable and the unit is well equipped. The location is perfect - the view is breathtaking. There is really no need to rent a car if you are happy staying in the Grace Bay area. You can walk to many restaurants and shops or the concierge can arrange a taxi for you. Graceway Gourmet is a really nice supermarket within walkable distance. The owner Margarita was great at communicating and provided a wealth of information about the rental as well as restaurants and activities in the area. Thank you! Much thought has gone into making this unit a perfect vacation spot. Villa Renaissance is a lovely property with an extremely helpful and friendly staff. The pool area and beach are fantastic. It was so nice to just grab a beach towel in the lobby and head to the pool or beach where chairs with umbrellas are set up for you. A wide variety of drinks are available at the bar by the pool. You can order some food items also. We had a fantastic, memorable vacation and would love to return to Suite Margarita again.

Great Condo! Great Location!
The property and condo are beautiful and as advertised. Great access to the beach. The pool is lovely. Nothing is crowded. Also great access to shopping and dining.
