"Place was beautiful and well maintained. Staff was great. My only complaint was location. Not near anything walkable. Definitely need to rent a car to buy groceries or go to eat as taxis are very expensive and no restaurants near by."

"This property was the perfect home base for our first family trip to Turks and Caicos. As stated in the listing the location can't be beat and it's in the heart of everything. We rented a car and parking is free and close but really having a car is not necessary. The unit was super clean and had everything we needed. Leola did a great job orienting us and checking us in. The unit is on the 3rd floor which was fine with us but if you struggle going up and down stairs that might be a downside....

We did rent a car to get around but you can walk to multiple restaurants and Smiths Reef from the condo. Great little spot to stay and explore what the island has to offer. The grounds are stunning! The pool area is clean and well taken care of. The beach is perfect & private with coral reef all around for snorkeling right off the beach.
