"Comfortable room in traditional style. Most friendly and helpful staff - except for one person, who were not very polite or helpful. Quiet and relaxing, even if it is very close to a major tourist attraction. Room was cleaned thoroughly and bedsheets changed every day."

"Thank you for your kindness and hospitality. We enjoyed our 6 nights with you. The room was large and tastefully decorated. The free mini bar and the snacks in the common area was appreciated. We loved the morning exercises on the 30th floor and the sake tasting and our kids enjoyed the flower box workshop. We all enjoyed the onsen daily. I would have been nice if food did not have to be ordered in advance - it is a little challenging with jet lag etc. "
