It has a double bedroom, bathroom and a twin bedroom on the first floor, the ground floor's cosy all-in-one kitchen, dinner and living room are dominated by double doors with countryside views. Stepping outside, you can enjoy al fresco meals under the loggia on the shaded dining table. Or alternatively, relax on the raised private pool terrace when you need to take a refreshing dip.



There’s plenty to explore beyond the natural delights on your doorstep. The small pretty hilltop village of Lajatico 15 Km to the west, the home town of tenor Andrea Bocelli where he holds annual concerts at the Teatro del Silenzio, also, don't miss the central piazza there for lunch! The villa's location means there is something for every day-tripper with the medieval walled city of Volterra 13 km to the south, the Golf resort of Castelfalfi is 15 km to the North and San Gimignano is 25 km to the West.



Of course, you can just sit out under the cool loggia and hold your own tasting as the sun sets on another perfect Tuscan day at Frantusina.
