Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, so we have no complaints regarding cleanliness or service. However, there were a few things that negatively affected our experience. The room was very hot. We understand that we stayed during a heatwave, but it still made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The breakfast was also disappointing. Considering the price, we expected a better quality and a wider selection. The biggest issue during our stay was a serious argument between a couple staying in the room next to ours. The argument became so intense that it was uncomfortable to sit outside on the terrace, and the staff had to intervene to keep them apart. Later that night, they returned, and the noise continued. It sounded as though things were being thrown in the room next door, which woke us up. I think the staff handled the situation appropriately by intervening. However, we felt that there should have been some follow-up with the guests who had witnessed the incident or were staying nearby. A brief explanation or apology would have gone a long way in making us feel acknowledged. Overall, the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff were excellent, but these issues unfortunately had a significant impact on our stay.

Skøn lejlighed med god plads. Dejligt indrettet, lyst og nyt og gode senge. Nemt at få adgang til lejlighed og hurtig svar fra online “receptionen” hvis vi havde nogle spørgsmål. Eneste minus er parkeringsmulighederne. Vi har allerede booket lejligheden igen til når vi kommer tilbage til Oslo.
