"Not much effort on any areas. The room was dirty with hair in the bathroom (not ours!), beds dirty. The owners were somewhat helpful in arranging a tour, but nothing more than that. On our day of departure we had told him we got picked up at 7:00am and asked if it was possible to have breakfast and also settle on the bill. At 6:55 there was no one around. He came at around 7:00 when we where suppose to go, he didn’t wrap up the bill as promised and we had to wait for him to make the bill ready,...

"Stayed here for two nights and it was amazing! The room was huge! And the pool was absolutely gorgeous. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, offering us trip ideas/tourist attractions if wanted. The gentleman at check in was awesome by making jokes and overall a great person to meet. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the beach, and along the way you have everything you could want from pharmacies, convenience stores and amazing restaurants and cafes right on the street from the hotel. "Rooms are clean, breakfast is included and the price was great but what really made our stay special was Tony (the owner) who went out of his way to delight us. He arranged bike rentals for us (and even fixed things twice when we had bike issues). He also arranged taxis, got our breakfast order prepped the night before once he heard we wanted to leave early and let us have a really late check out. "Super petite pension de famille où on vous fait sentir comme un invité et pas juste un touriste de passage. La propriétaire, qui parle français, est très gentille et ne manque pas d’attentions. L’hôtel fait aussi agence de voyage donc ils organisent des excursions à la journée, les transferts entre les villes et location de scooters/vélo pour un prix modique. Les chambres sont assez simples mais propres. L’hotel est dans le centre de Tam Coc qui a su garder un esprit village, c’est très vivant...
