Nice and clean hotel with good location.
Nice, clean well located hotel with kitchenette. Big, well ventilated rooms and comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked very well which was great with the heat in Vienna in the summer. The wifi connection was the only thing that was a bit iffy. A bit unstable and one kept logging off. It's much better to have an individual wifi connection for each room.

Fint sted - spørg efter balkon - ikke terasse.
Fint sted. Spørg efter et værelse over 1. sal - det med rengøring af terasse er ikke så vigtigt for dem, så en del tomme øldåser mv fra de overliggende balkoner - så nok bedre med balkon. Så er der pt. renovering i bygningen, så boremaskinen skulle starte dagligt kl. 07:00

Fint til prisen
Vi havde et fint ophold på hotellet. Venlige receptionister, der gjorde hvad de kunne for at få stedet til at fungere. Vi har boet på mange Citadines Apart hoteller rundt om i verden, og synes generelt godt om konceptet.

It was very nice to stay there. They were very helpfull when i asked for photo copies. Transportation 1 block away. There is also a market acroos the street. The laundry area is available 24hrs. It was very clean. We had 4 great days staying at this place!!!

We had a lovely stay at the citadines. It is of excellent quality apart hotel, everything was very clean and seemed new. The only minor fault was that the fridge needed some attention with cleanliness. Also we stayed for 3 days and no one checked to see if we had everything we needed.

Non ho soggiornato al citadines poiché il giorno prima sono stata dirottata in un altro albergo, stessa tipologia, Somerset schonbrunn Vienna, albergo stupendo nuovo pulito, ottimo arredamento, personale gentilissimo. Un po' distante dal centro ma con la fermata del tram davanti la porta di ingresso .

Sono stata due notti con il mio ragazzo in questa struttura e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Metro a 1 minuto e treno a 10 dall’appartamento. Personale molto disponibile e gentile. Se dovessi tornare a Vienna prenderei ancora in considerazione questa alternativa, camere fornite di microonde, bollitore, macchinetta del caffè (con cialde già a disposizione), fornelli a induzione e un frigo molto spazioso. Unica “pecca” per la colazione bisogna pagare 15€ a testa, contando che Vienna è molto costosa è accettabile però.

October in Vienna
Great place that is well connected to the city centre by the No 1 tram. There is also a Lidl opposite for food. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We arrived outside of reception opening hours, but because of pre-checkin and keypad room access, this was no issue at all.

What a find!
The Citadines South Vienna was more than we expected. The room was spacious, clean and well-appointed. The staff couldn't have been more helpful
