"We had never been to Memphis and weren't sure where to stay. This location felt safe (single mom and two daughters) and close to most everything! The only thing I would suggest is maybe a little bit more lamp light, it gets very dark at night! Owners were lovely and very helpful! We will come again! "

"The stay was great. There was an issue for about an hour with the internet, but that is no fault of the owner (Remote worker here). I think certain areas like doors could use paint touchups. I am someone who likes to watch tv while in the bed so please put a small tv in the bedroom. It would be nice to have an extra blanket if needed while watching tv. Yes, I would stay here again. The gated group of apartments gets a thumbs up from me."

"Great place and location for us. I wanted to give 5 stars but there was a FLY problem. The flies met us at the door and were all through the house.A fly swatter was provided however there were so many it didn’t help and was annoying. I would like to stay again but I think the fly problem will keep me from booking again. If you go take quick strike with you. It works well for flies in my backyard."

"Easy to access and park. Neat old place with lots of character. Front porch and back balcony access. Walking distance to many restaurants and cool stores. Really enjoyed the stay and the neighborhood. Would definitely book again. "
