My partner and I booked pretty last minute after staying in a disaster budget hotel and this place was a godsend. The parking lot has plenty of space and if you're nervous about the narrow driveway, there's plenty of street parking. I booked through a third party and I think that's why I had issues with check-in - the info is supposed to unlock once you're within check-in time and complete the pre-check-in survey, but it didn't unlock for me - however I emailed the owner and got it sorted out very quickly! They prefer you to book directly with them and I do think that would've avoided the issue I had. The cleaning staff seems pretty thorough except they missed some bits of food and trash under the far edge of the bed and under the lip of the oven. The important things - the shower, toilet, bed, fridge - all looked perfectly clean. This building is also in Midtown and super close to the zoo, museums, a variety of local and chain restaurants, interesting shops, and a grocery store. Our room was on the top floor which means you have to use stairs to reach it, but the front staircase has a landing halfway up. There are also laundry machines in the basement for no charge! We both agreed we would stay here again if we ever had to return to Memphis.
