The morning staff is rude and unhelpful, the place is "decorated" in Venetian style but looks old and dirty. The worst thing is that the rooms are full of bedbugs. I was bitten all over my body, when I went down to ask for help the night staff was friendly but couldn't do much. They moved me to another room that was also infested. We had to leave the light on and sleep on towels to lessen the bites (which still happened). When I tried to talk to him alone, the morning staff was rude and when I asked for a contact person to whom I could direct my complaint and medical bill, he gave me a brochure with a generic email address. When I asked to speak to the manager, he told me he wasn't there. DO NOT STAY HERE, IT'S NOT WORTH THE PROXIMITY TO THE SQUARE.
