Enjoy a magnificent stay in an independent Villa for 12 people, with its own pool, gardens, terraces, a magnificent porch for incredible evenings and just a few minutes from the natural beach of Chilches Costa.

The Villa has 6 bedrooms with single beds, 3 bathrooms and 1 toilet, its own parking and an incredible space to enjoy with family and friends.

It has very easy access, a nearby supermarket, direct access to the highway, a golf course 2 kilometers away and 200 meters from the beach.

There are also areas to enjoy hiking or cycling routes, as well as being able to enjoy nearby places of interest, such as the Cuevas del Tesoro, the town of Benagalbón, a charming white Andalusian town, the tourist city of Torre del Mar or a endless of restaurants and shops in Rincón de la Victoria.



The use of the swimming pool is temporary and will be closed at certain times of the year. It is advisable to check availability and conditions of use in advance.



It is the perfect place to enjoy a stay during the summer and of course, thanks to the climate of the city, to enjoy the mild winter months of Malaga.

Parties, bachelor or bachelorette parties are prohibited and, as it is a regular residential area, excessive noise cannot be made between 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Any of these breaches will entail an economic penalty.
