"VRBO was cancelled day of arrival due to raccoon problem so had to stay here for a VB tournament as hotel options were limited. Overpriced. Room was clean but stains on carpet. Breakfast was “ok” would have preferred no breakfast with a cheaper room rate especially since it didn’t open until 7 on weekends and most sport teams have to be at venue to play before then.
