This is of importance to me because I feel checking in and out can be so stressful and overwhelming. "Overall a great hotel nestled within a beautiful and quiet area. There is a fantastic park within walking distance and plenty of food options nearby.
The room was spacious. Our shower head may have been broken and only had two sprayer settings, but everything else was very nice. Overall the hotel was quiet and comfortable. The tv allowed for casting which was a nice touch.
Onsite coffee/dining options were fantastic!"

I didn’t realize the bathroom was open, and I was traveling with my nephew, so when we wanted to take a shower, each of us had to make sure that nobody came to that side of the room while we undressed. This isn’t the best hotel if you need more privacy, but we made it work. We loved how close the hotel was to shops and restaurants. We want to come back and spend more time in the area. "

"The staff was professional and empathetic. My flight was cancel at 11pm and when I called Delta there was a 4 hour wait time. I decided to go to the airport just to find out it was closed but before I left i informed the front desk gentleman about mentioned he will wait for our situation and keep our room open. We headed back and he was waiting with us by the entrance with waters and new keys. That gesture went a long way. Thank you! "
