"The staff was helpful but they seemed really unsupported by management. The hotel was totally slammed and the poor staff didnt have what they needed. At one point we didn’t have linens for the pullout bed and the front desk had no way of helping us aside from giving us a different room. The manager was either not on site or not available, and also unavailable by phone."

"The AC was a really nice stay in downtown KC in Westport area very nice and our Concierge David's amazing did a great job of showing hospitality and a joyful staff member as a go too!"

"Parking was easy. And the night staff was helpful. But my room was gross. The hotel was at max capacity so there were no other rooms and it was late so I didn’t have a choice to leave. The walls were dirty with bbq sauce splatter, it was on the floor and it was on the bed. The night staff brought me clean sheets and extra sheets and towels which I also cover the floor with. Would not stay here again (yes it looks like the pics but I’d choose another facility)"

"I stayed 3 nights, not one single day did housekeeping come by. I had to request for them to come get the trash and they never came, on top of that I had to go to the front desk to get clean towels. My overall stay wasn’t so pleasant. But the beds are comfortable. So if you don’t mind a dirty room, mid breakfast, then I guess you will be fine."

"Very unique place, not a hotel feel. Property was immense and only a small portion is hotel. Room walls were adorned with large inspirational words. We had a problem with our tv and the staff was extremely diligent in trying to solve it and ultimately moved us to another (nicer) room. The breakfast had some allergy friendly options. We also enjoyed the nature trail on site."
