"Pretty amazing stay here at the Aida! Contactless everything from check in to check out but the hotel kept in contact electronically the whole stay! This is of importance to me because I feel checking in and out can be so stressful and overwhelming. "The staff was professional and empathetic. My flight was cancel at 11pm and when I called Delta there was a 4 hour wait time. I decided to go to the airport just to find out it was closed but before I left i informed the front desk gentleman about mentioned he will wait for our situation and keep our room open. We headed back and he was waiting with us by the entrance with waters and new keys. That gesture went a long way. Thank you! "
"this property is stunning; the decor was mid-century modern, sleek and very intentional. the bed was so soft, comfy and supportive. the bathroom was spacious and also the room as well. i loved everything about this boutique hotel experience. a coffee shop is right across the street serving up delicious coffee/matcha and bites. i would exclusively stay here anytime I am in KC!
