"Pretty amazing stay here at the Aida! Contactless everything from check in to check out but the hotel kept in contact electronically the whole stay! This is of importance to me because I feel checking in and out can be so stressful and overwhelming. My room was so much better than I imagined and the other properties were available for me to visit, cannot wait to stay here again. "

"The staff were so friendly! The beds weren’t the most comfortable, but it was adequate for our needs. I didn’t realize the bathroom was open, and I was traveling with my nephew, so when we wanted to take a shower, each of us had to make sure that nobody came to that side of the room while we undressed. This isn’t the best hotel if you need more privacy, but we made it work. We loved how close the hotel was to shops and restaurants. We want to come back and spend more time in the area. "

"Quick check in, only issue was the $5 charge mentioned on Hotels.com to be paid upon check in is because I booked through Hotels.com! If I booked directly with the hotel chain I would not have been charged. Check in was efficient, room very clean, bed VERY comfortable (lovely linens). Quiet and slept undesturbed. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker helpful amenities. Breakfast was good."

"The staff was professional and empathetic. My flight was cancel at 11pm and when I called Delta there was a 4 hour wait time. I decided to go to the airport just to find out it was closed but before I left i informed the front desk gentleman about mentioned he will wait for our situation and keep our room open. We headed back and he was waiting with us by the entrance with waters and new keys. That gesture went a long way. Thank you! "

"There is an on site restaurant available. It was actually the only part of our stay that was disappointing. The food came out all at once instead of each course being staggered and the manager just took it back 'to keep it warm'. Who does that in a high end restaurant setting?"
