"This boutique hotel was perfect. The room was so clean. Two sitting rooms open to all guest and outdoor porch and garden were well maintained. There is a mini fridge, microwave and ice maker to use in common area. The hotel is in a quaint area with local coffee shops and walking distance to free street car that takes you downtown. Street parking was easy to find in front of the hotel and the extra spots in the parking lot nearby are a short walk."

"The first room did not appear to be completly clean and was not in great shape as the floor was damaged, the deadbolt was stuck open so the door wouldn't shut, and it needed a fresh coat of paint etc. I alerted the staff and was immediately moved to a room on the second level that was the same room but in much better shape. "This is a great boutique hotel in a wonderful part of town. The Inn Keeper was very welcoming. The decor creates a great vibe. If you need a dark room to sleep, I would suggest not staying im Room #1. The security lights are directed in the windows and although there were black out curtains, it was impossible to avoid the light."
