The staff was marvelous- very helpful and charming. The roof top bar/lounge was a nice touch. Our room was designed well and had a functional kitchen- great for coffee/tea and heating up leftovers! And of course the location in Cuitat Vella was superb!

What I liked about the property was the location, the cleanliness, daily cleaning of room and linen changes. The Suite had a sofa and a kitchenette which was very useful. The rooftop terrace was a bonus with a lovely view of the City. Staff were helpful and efficient. Downside; I think the room needed more drawers for folded clothes and underware or maybe more shelves and hooks. The wall hooks for the bathroom robes fitted in the bathroom were hard to reach. Wardrobes were not easy to open and close, so the negatives are in the planning and installation of the fitted furniture.

Location is exceptional- literally, a few steps from the Valencia Cathedral ! It’s safe/ walkable to everything! The only aspect that wasn’t optimal was that our room felt with no ventilation- the AC was standard for all rooms-we couldn’t change the temperature.. we tried to open the two windows that we had- but a sewer smell was alway present- also, we had no vanity space aAt all- just the sink-! They have a newer hitwjya few steps further- I will probably stay there next time- customer service was great and polite- 😁

wir waren das zweite Mal in diesem Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider war an einem Tag beim Nachbarn Party mit extrem lauter Musik (bis 3 Uhr früh) dass die Wände wackelten. Das Hotel konnte nichts unternehmen "Fiesta"!! Die Zimmer sind z.T. verbesserungswürdig. Zimmer 303 Durchgang Wand/Bett ca. 35 cm, sodass sich anscheinend, so auch wir, Verletzungen am Schienbein der spitzen Bettecke nicht vermeiden ließen. Besonders bedenklich war diese Bettecke bereits mehrfach von verletzungen der Gäste beschädigt und blutverschmiert war. Klimaanlage fasst nicht zu steueren, zu kompliziert oder mit Fehlern in der Bedienung, gleiches gilt für TV. Leider riecht es im gesamten Hotel etwas nach Kloake, insbesondere im Fahrstuhl. In diesem Zustand werden wir das Hotel nicht empfehlen und auch nicht mehr buchen.

Lovely property, excellent customer service, daily cleaning available— nice to have little kitchen. Noise was fine off the town square but there was a festival Falla celebration on so naturally some noise couldn’t be avoided like fireworks. The rooftop terrace was a really nice spot to end the days with a drink. We had trouble with ants one day in the apartment but maintenance resolved swiftly and management handled brilliantly. We had a delicious complimentary breakfast on the terrace.

La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica per la visita della parte antica della città. Alloggio ampio e confortevole a parte il miscelatore della doccia che aveva qualche serio problema a mantenere costante la temperatura dell'acqua. Purtroppo il primo giorno lavorativo dopo le festività abbiamo constatato che la nostra stanza confinava con un appartamento in ristrutturazione. Quindi per due giorni dalle ore 8,00 alle 18,00 circa non si è potuto soggiornare tranquilli a causa di forti rumori derivanti dalla confinante demolizione. Alle nostre rimostranze lo staff gentilmente ci ha detto che avrebbe avvertito dell'inconveniente la direzione. Coscienti che il disagio non potesse essere gestito dalla struttura perché dipendente da terzi ci saremmo però aspettati almeno uno sconto sull'importo purtroppo già pagato in anticipo. Il cantiere era evidente sulla strada pubblica e quindi noto alla struttura già prima del nostro arrivo quindi avremmo dovuto quantomeno essere avvisati del possibile disagio già in fase di prenotazione

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche im Valentia Cabillers gehabt. Das Frühstück war mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Nachdem wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren, haben wir den Abend mit leckeren Drinks auf der Dachterasse ausklingen lassen. Eine wunderschöne Atmosphäre. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder.

This property was not easy to find because the taxi driver didn’t realize (?) there’s a difference in Cabillers and Cavallers streets. After asking 3 people (so very nice!) for directions, we finally found the place. It’s located on a small street off Plaza de La Reina. A spacious room for European hotels, with an efficiency kitchen. The staff is wonderful and speaks English very well. Go for the breakfast. Many choices, you can get repeats on the food and drink and there is rooftop dining in the morning if you choose, The price is less than anything you can get in the area. The Plaza is a busy location, but this hotel is quiet. A very nice place.

Het hotel is echt een boutique hotel met voorzien van alle gemakken. Ligt op een super locatie je kan vanuit de locatie alles per voet bewandelen in de binnenstad. Echt top! Neem een metro kaart en dan ben je binnen 25 min op het strand

A very friendly, well located hotel just off the main square. My only reservation was that our suite had no exterior view, only the central shaft of the building - rather disappointing. Otherwise, the bedroom itself was clean and comfortable and nicely furnished. The best thing was the roof top terrace, and the staff up there couldn't be more helpful. The barman made beautiful Margaritas at night and Avril was the essence of great customer service for breakfast in the mornings! The plunge pool also was a welcome refreshing relief after the heat of the day. Woud we come back again? Yes we would!

This property is worth every star that it earned through superior management to the most fantastic employees we have ever met. Everyone was so genuine, friendly, professional and beyond helpful. THE LOCATION: perfectly situated to the cathedral but there’s so much more. It’s in walking distance to the MERCADO CENTRAL, great restaurants and pubs, shopping and sightseeing and transportation. THE HOTEL: the rooms were amazing and comfortable. (They need to raise the bed tho and the shower floor is slippery - Altho their oversized washcloths on the shower floor solved that quirk.) the suite was spotless and well maintained. The breakfast/bar and outdoor seating on roof was spectacular. THE STAFF: starting with Avril in the 4th floor bar. Truly the highlight of our stay. She’s very professional, efficient, knowledgeable and super friendly. We visited many times just for her. Erick during breakfast was also a star, sharing many of the same fantastic attributes. The hotel was well managed and maintained. Everyone and I mean everyone was super attentive to our every need. The front desk staff was equally amazing, friendly and professional (Angela, Karlos and there others that I regrettably forgot their names). This is a must stay for us anytime we return to Valencia.

This hotel was absolutely superb. I visited this hotel with my friend on a girls trip and it was just what we needed. The rooms were spacious and clean (we had the classic Suite). The roof top bar was gorgeous with lovely views and the drinks were reasonably priced. Although small the sun beds and pool were just right for us. Lovely to lie in the sun and read a book or go for a plunge in the Jacuzzi Pool to cool down from the sun. The staff were incredibly helpful and very attentive. I would highly recommend this hotel with its perfect location.
