"This was the worst room I’ve ever stayed in. Located on the 2nd floor and a bar on the first floor. Super noisy until 2am. It sounded like we were sitting in the bar. It was ridiculous. And very much overpriced for that experience. This will be my last time staying here. The too And amenities were great but the noise was horrible. "

"At the base of the Park City Mountains Canyon Resort the location was perfect! We were within walking distance to restaurants, shops, hiking trails and a quick drive to Old Town. The unit was cozy and clean and Ron was always available to answer our questions. Easy check in, valet or self parking options and friendly staff. Our only recommendation is that the unit upgrade to smart TVs to allow live streaming. "

"Couldn’t stay, not clean. I arrived late Thurs eve. Unit was organized but not clean (food in microwave, drips on toilet, crusties on chairs, dust everywhere. I sent Host msg saying I could not stay there because unit was unhealthy dirty and suggested they refund me half and use the other half to hire a new cleaner. "We didn't even stay at the resort. Our room key wouldn't work and the staff tried multiple times and eventually had to use the master key. Once in the unit, it smelled terribly and had to have the host come. He agreed we needed to be moved but when we moved to a different unit it wasn't two beds like our original reservation and then when he called his boss to get us in a unit with two beds he refused. "Everything was great and I’d have 5 stars all the way through except the hot tub jets were broken . I wish it had been communicated there was an issue as it was the main amenity we were booking for after long days hiking on the trails, the hot tub was something to look forward to and even though it was there the jets were not working the whole week along with no lights at night to use the hot tub or at least be able to see to use the hot tub .
