"Just pay the extra few dollars for a better hotel because the small savings isnt worth it. The room we received was just horrendous and the staff were so rude. We came down at 9 am and the staff couldn’t even get me some juice for breakfast. I had to almost beg for a cup of lukewarm water and I couldn’t even get some dang ice cubes. "There was no trash bags in the rooms. The furniture were torn and looks dirty. The carpet was filthy. The staff were very helpful. Served us cookies and when I misplaced my wallet, the lady took her time to help me find my wallet. I can’t remember the names of the 2 staff that served me the cookies and the one who helped me find my wallet. I appreciate them and will come back to the facility because of them"

"I was good with everything except the food. While it was good, it was ridiculously expensive. I got quesadillas, no protein - charged full price. Chips & salsa was $14! A pint of Hagen Daz was $14!!! Also, the bartender I had was very unresponsive, I practically had to flag him down. While I will stay at the hotel again, I will not be a patron on their restaurant & bar."

"If you’re considering staying here, please read the below. This was my experience: In order to check in the host has to let you in. They did not pick up the phone or respond to my text whenever I arrived. A stranger had to let me in. The apartment right above was consistently loud until after 4 am on top of consistent stomping and screaming whenever they’re home. They love to play music so loudly on the weekends that I can Shazam every song from below. Our apartment is not in the best...

"Staff could be more professional. They lied. I reserved a room since I had two rooms. I needed them next to or the same floor. I was told yes, and I was giving a room number to later find out my second room was on the 3rd floor. when I mentioned that I was giving a room number, the staff ignored me. I was on 229 the second room was supposed to be 230, instead it was on the 3rd floor. I asked for an extra blanket, I was told no. The staff were not so nice."
