"The staff here were nicer than any staff I've experienced in my other stays. Everything was clean and well kept. The breakfast was really good with multiple options. We stayed for a full week and really enjoyed it. "

"The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were fantastic - super friendly and professional. Everyone seemed genuinely happy. The front desk staff especially deserves accolades for staying professional while dealing with a huge obnoxious group of soccer players and broken elevators all weekend. Two out of three elevators were broken which was a huge inconvenience; whomever is in charge of maintenance should have been prioritizing repairs yet they remained broken all weekend. "Breakfast was fresh and there was someone updating and cleaning constantly. Parking was good (it's business district and safe area). Room was clean but shower had low-pressure and took a long time to wash down soap."

"The building property is old but the lobby is the only thing redone. The rooms need work, the water was clogging in the restrooms. Adding on top of everything, the front desk lady during the day was the most rude person I’ve come across."
