"this property is stunning; the decor was mid-century modern, sleek and very intentional. the bed was so soft, comfy and supportive. the bathroom was spacious and also the room as well. i loved everything about this boutique hotel experience. a coffee shop is right across the street serving up delicious coffee/matcha and bites. i would exclusively stay here anytime I am in KC! In fact, I will definitely have to come back just for the banana bread French toast! The staff in the restaurant truly were so lovely. The brown sugar lattes will forever live rent free in my head. "Throughout the whole stay every staff member we encountered was very friendly and helpful. Our first encounter was with Elise at the front desk. She was friendly and so helpful when we asked about local places to eat while we were in KC. Even a minor sink issue was handled efficiently. This was a great stay experience! The hotel was clean, spacious and everyone made the stay even better than expected."

"Great modern hotel in a classic historic building. All the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The exercise room, restaurant and bar are top notch. Rooms are spacious, well apportioned with very comfortable beds. There is not a lot in the immediate area but the KC street car (free to ride) is a couple blocks away."

"Great Hotel. Clean, quiet, and the staff was awesome. The room is great. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is nice. Their breakfast was really good with a lot of options. The week we were there their ice maker was broken on our floor but you could see maintenance trying to get it fixed. They are a little slow getting their “extra fees” deposit off of your credit card. Overall, a great hotel!"
