"It was an excellent option for people who don’t like the monotony of hotels. We loved the small town feel of the area! The decor is nice even though it wasn’t our first pick and there’s just enough room in the room.
The only complaint we have is the grout in the bathroom needs cleaned and the bed was terrible, it looks like it’s going to be firm and then you lay down and you sink into the middle. The pillow were flat and didn’t give you any kind of comfort."

"Close (1 block) to KC Streetcar stop so you can move around downtown with ease. Plenty of dining options two blocks south. The room was great, the bed was comfortable, good internet access, desk with a lot of space and everything was working as expected. No complains from me. "

"Great location for a Kansas City getaway! Located in the heart of the Plaza, it offers loads of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Best hotel staff I’ve encountered in a long time ~ so refreshing! And the bellmen were top notch! Both Randall and Jermaine went above & beyond. I can recommend this hotel without reservation :)"

"Great Hotel. Clean, quiet, and the staff was awesome. The room is great. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is nice. Their breakfast was really good with a lot of options. The week we were there their ice maker was broken on our floor but you could see maintenance trying to get it fixed. They are a little slow getting their “extra fees” deposit off of your credit card. Overall, a great hotel!"
