"The facility was beautiful, the Beds and room was great. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Jay who lead the paranormal tour was very knowledgeable and funny.
Resturant the three owls the food was great but took forever for the food to arrive at the table. The bread was served after the meal. Kind staff but the management of the kitchen communications needs work. "

"We always stay at Staybridge durong softball tournaments, they are safe, clean and comfortable! I love the beds, having a built in kitchen and the space to stretch out! Breakfast is always great, and having laundry on site makes dealing with stinky uniforms a breeze!"

"Comfortable beds, extremely. Free breakfasts are always nice but 4 mornings I had the best bacon. It was perfect. The front desk took care of any questions. My room was large, stocked, and clean."

"The room wasn't clean. We mopped the floor and it was so dirty the water looked like chocolate milk. It smelled and the cabinets were falling apart. It's like the picture on the website was their best room and the rest are in the slums. The elevator was filthy and going up 3 floor between 1 and 2 floors the elevator drops a little and scares you unti thinking it's going to fall. Staff was nice, but clearly this place is trying to improve, but I feel like i was mislead that this place was clean...

I was on the 3rd floor and the elevator was old and creaky and I definitely was concerned about safety. I got to the room and it barely looked anything like the pictures.
