After we arrived early they offered a free shuttle into Ubud which we enjoyed..pool service and all meals were excellent! They even provided breakfast before the posted hours for us the next day as we had a tour to go on! Thanks so much!

A two-night stay
Nice view of the rice terraces from the room. The restaurant and breakfast were excellent. The service was the very best I've ever encountered in a hotel.

We had a 3 day 2 night stay in this beautiful hotel. Staff could not do enough for us, they were amazing. Breakfast was excellent, we also had dinner there which was fantastic.Hotel room was spacious, beautiful shower and bath, separate toilet. A/C was great room stayed lovely and cool. Property is beautifully situated and the pool was great. Spa was fabulous. All in all wish we could have stayed for a longer visit. We used the shuttle into Ubud, also we were picked up by pre arrangement by the Hotel in Benoa and again used the hotel to take us to Denpasar Airport, every pickup went smoothly. The views from the dininag area of the Hotel are simply fantastic. Close to Monkey Gorest and Elephant Sanctuary. Would love to go back to this spot.

What a gem !
Excellent vacation stay . This hotel is very accommodating the rooms are spacious, bright and very clean . We had a couples massage with Roni and Tini and they really know how to work those hands . The hotel does have hotel for those who have a rental vehicle like we did. Would definitely come back .

Pros: -Pool stayed cold so it was always refreshing. -Villa was very "IG worthy". -Restaurant staff were kind and the service was fast. -View from the restaurant was nice. -Complimentary shuttle that takes you to central Ubud. Cons: -AC was awful. I was constantly hot and had to resort to the pool/shower to cool down. During the night I slept with a bag of ice on my head, but still woke up several times sweating once the ice melted. -Reception was VERY pushy with booking spa service. Would interrupt us at breakfast and wouldn't take no for an answer. -The bathroom had an indoor-outdoor situation that let mosquitoes/bugs into the room. You have to sleep with the bug net around the bed which further adds to the temperature issue. -Shuttle service was very limited (only 12pm-8:30 pm every 2-3 hours). -Restaurant food was bland except for pastries/jams. -One staff member was highly inappropriate (Felix). During our ride, he went into great detail about his financial hardships and made us feel almost as if we had to give him a good tip or that we were bad people/greedy. He also searched me and my partner up on Instagram and tried to add us both. He liked an inappropriate picture of me from over 2 years ago which made us both uncomfortable. We cancelled our ride with him and he called the hotel while he wasn't working to try and speak with us. Very uncomfortable. I have tried contacting the hotel about this and no response for 4 days now.

Couldn’t ask for more
Clean and spacious villa room. Staff were friendly and willing to help any way they can. Had a wasp/bee in the room and the staff helped to ‘remove’ it and even spray some nice perfume in the room. It’s tropical area, what can you expect; sounds of frog and crickets all around at night. Breakfast has the same 4 cuisine daily but it’s generous portion. Nothing much around the neighbourhood and we rely on grabfood for some of our dinners. Overall, satisfied with the 4nights without complains.

The best hotel we have ever stayed in. The location is breathtaking, eating breakfast overlooking the rice terrace is an unforgettable experience. We stayed in a private pool villa, which was stunning, it had everything we needed, cleaned to a very high standard every day and we were even provided with turn down service and a night time story which was a thoughtful touch. The staff were all incredible, so friendly and couldn't do enough to help you, they made us feel so welcome. We would like to stay a huge thank you to all of the staff at Puri Sebali, especially Adi, Suka, Desak and Apri. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great service
It’s amazing! From the free breakfast, free tea time, free morning walk (by the paddy fields), free bicycle use, free shuttle to the city. The view from the pool, restaurant, and our room is amazing as well. Room is cleaned twice a day, they give free fruits as well. You can really see that the rooms are well maintained. The shower gel and shampoo smell so nice. They also give out bedtime stories (great gesture, just need to suggest that next time maybe use a better translated one?) If you cannot live without netflix and Disney+ In a bigger screen, just bring your PC, TV is not smart. We really felt taken care of by the staff here. Topnotch service. We will definitely come back here when we travel to Bali again.

Puri Sebali was a birthday treat & it turned out to be a great one! I stayed in the Royal Villa & the room was beautiful with a stunning view of the Sebali Rice Terraces. The staff was wonderful & made sure we had a pleasant check-in. The breakfast was my favorite part of the day with several options & well cooked food. All service requests were promptly handled. It's a 15 min bike ride from Ubud which I liked & felt like a private & quiet location. The only minor complaint I had was the smell of dung wafting in from the cows on the rice terrace, to which they did end up putting an aromatic electric candle in the room! And it would be lovely if the staff sent a reminder to guests for high tea that's included in the stay, we were sad to have missed it completely. Thanks to Puri Sebali & staff for making my birthday a very memorable one!! I highly recommend it for a lovely stay in Bali.

Magnifique établissement situé en dehors du centre d’Ubud ( ce qui est très bien lorsque vous preferez le calme). Service de shuttle gratuit avec beaucoup d’horaire pour aller dans le centre. Restaurant sur place ( très bon) et magnifique vue sur les rizières. Nous avons logé dans la villa royale qui est immense! Nous avons vraiment adoré le calme, la propreté et la qualité des services proposés. Tout était excellent.

15分のフットマッサージのサービスがあって、嬉しかった。 無料アクティビティのメニューには、ダック.バードウォッチングツアーと記載があるのに、どのスタッフに聞いても知らなかったのが残念でした。 部屋にあるメニューを見せて初めて知ったスタッフばっかりだった。 結局勝手にその辺歩けば会えるみたいな感じの対応で、スタッフが案内してくれるものではなかったのが残念。 それならメニューに外せばいいのにと思いました。 その他の無料アクティビティでは、チャナンという神様のお供えものを作ったり、棚田の散策など、現地を満喫できるものがあり、大変いい経験ができました。 プライベート感があって、静かでゆっくりできるホテルで素敵でした。 ほぼメインプールは貸切状態でした。 無料でウブド中心部までシャトル送迎があったので、助かりました。 メインプールから見える景色はとても素晴らしかったです。 朝食付きで、この値段ならコスパ良しと思いました。

Tre nätter i paradiset.
Hotellet är fantastiskt. Vi var först besvikna för att beskrivningen på Hotels.com inte stämde avseende rummets storlek, 200 kvm, visade sig vara 100 + 100 i poolområde. Vi bytte rum separat med hotellet till svit med underbar utsikt. Lugn omgivning, toppen service och god mat. Den fria transporten till Ubud fungerade utmärkt med lugna säkra förare. Vi nyttjade även deras spa som var väldigt bra. Rekommenderas varmt

Beautiful and serene 5 star resort in Ubud with amazing view of rice terraces! Stayed in a 1 bedroom villa with private pool! Friendly staff! Food and service was amazing! We would definitely return!

The main infinity pool facing the rice terrace is definitely the highlight of this resort. The staff and service is top quality. We could see that they went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. We had no major issues. This hotel is situated 10 minutes away from the main Ubud centre but the hotel provides a free shuttle service to and from the main town (note it is on a timetable).

Quasi parfait. L'hôtel est situé à 15 mn en voiture du centre de Ubud. Une navette gratuite est proposée ; En dehors des heures de navette, possibilité de payer une transfert type taxi, mais le prix est un peu cher. Prix également élevé au restaurant de l'hôtel.
