The space
Our home is located at a privatly owned residence condominum. We are not a Hotel.
We offers prestock continental breakfast and a discount rate for short stays to compensate the possible disconfort by the nearby unpaved streets and the noise during day time from
nearby construction activity in the area. We are happy to guide you through many outdoor activities for you to explore the area during the day.
Guest access
To all Condo amenities like pool, laundry room, gym. Some conditions apply.
You can rent scooters and bikes in our condo. You are welcome to use food and groseries delivery service from
our location available from 10:40 am to 9:30 pm
Other things to note
Since there is unpaved roads and construction in the area some dust can be , there is a discount on our daily rate and a prestock continental breakfast as compensation.
If guest requieres middle cleanning this has a extra fee of 25 usd per request.
