For surfers, the Atlantic rollers of Cornwall’s North Coast are 15 miles away, while sun-worshipers will love the golden sands of Pendower Beach, 10 miles from home. Alternatively, venture inland to explore the rugged hills and picturesque hamlets of Bodmin Moor, which begin 25 miles from your door.
Access to the lodge is via a few steps and a sloping path, but everything is conveniently arranged on one level once inside. The spacious living room is flooded with natural light from double sliding patio doors and full-length windows, offering tranquil views of the surrounding gardens. Relax on the cosy sofa and armchair while enjoying your favourite shows on the Smart TV, or enjoy an intimate meal for two at the dining table, prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. The lodge features a spacious super-king-size bedroom, which can be configured as a twin set upon request, and an en-suite shower room complete with a luxurious walk-in double-head shower.
Outside, the double sliding doors open onto a covered seating area, complete with two stylish chairs, a table, and a charcoal BBQ. The fully fenced garden also includes additional bench seating and a sunny lawn at the rear, where you can bask in the sunshine as it moves throughout the day. There's private parking for one car and an outside tap, perfect for rinsing off muddy shoes and dog paws after a day of exploring the local area.
