"Asha is an awesome manager! I had aa wonderful experience. No interference, stress, or issues. Everything was A+. Peaceful, clean, walkable, and friendly area. Near major attractions: Savannah, zoo, Queen’s Hall, NAPA, China Town, The Avenue, Malls all within a few kilometres. I highly recommend. "

"What a special place to have stayed! The Pax Guest House is located atop Mount Saint Augustine in one of the nicest locations on Trinidad. Fantastic views from this well-preserved guesthouse that dates to 1925. Fantastic hosts manage this property. They are very helpful and reliable. The guesthouse provides a very delicious breakfast in the morning. Guests should be mindful however that bathroom facilities for some rooms (not all) are shared with other guests. "

"Kiskadee Korner is a safe, clean and friendly property in the St Clair neighbourhood of Port of Spain. I felt so reassured by the staff’s friendly approach to ensuring a pleasant stay and of course my safety. I appreciated them being there for me late at night when my flight arrived, and also the WhatsApp number they had should I need anything. "The hotel was clean quiet. Not big on amenities but it’s secure, close to almost everything and the staff are helpful and friendly "

"This accommodation provides the basics in the studio room. About 4×3 (12) square meters bedroom with small kitchen, gas stove, refrigerator, sink, and microwave. The attached bathroom is clean. Wifi in the room is stabilt. I used the accommodation as base for road trips which worked fine. Diego Martin and Port of Spain have a high crime rate according to locals; be aware of this."

"We got another apartment than we booked, and when we checked in, the whole apartment stank of dogs and was full of dog hairs. The kitchen and especially fridge was very mouldy and dirty and the overall impression of the place was not good with dogs barking all night leaving no sleep. Not even with earplugs. The whole area and especially their own dogs was extremely loud. We adressed these issues to the owner who tried to accomodate us but didnt help. We checked out early to find a better place"

"I had a wonderful stay at Shalom Guesthouse in Port of Spain. It is located in a quiet and safe area. The room is spacious, with a mini fridge, which is great for cooling food and drinks and a table, which is practical for working, an en-suite bathroom and even a little terrace. The owner was very helpful with everything, like directions and other information. A delicious breakfast was served to my room. I could rest well here, can highly recommend this accommodation. :)"
