"It's really value for money. Big clean rooms breakfast was yummy. The amenities in the room was appreciated. Only 2 things there should be pool access from the building you shouldn't have to go outside and walk around the building. The ac in the room should have been 2 the room is big"

"Its not the first time I've stayed there (the Palms, Trinidad) i call it my 2nd home. Staff are amazingly friend. Room service is on point & the cleanliness is faultless. I would highly recommend. I staff for weeks at a time. There's plenty of delicious eateries around (minutes walk) Although i love staying at the hotel the only disappointment I had was the restaurant, which has been taken over by Tropical Hand. "What an amazing place. On arrival we got a welcome drink along with a briefing that explained what was available. Very comfortable and the staff made you feel like family. The food was excellent and the pool was just perfect. As this time was during the laying season for leatherback turtles we were not disappointed as the first night 20 turtles laid their eggs just in front of the hotel. Not to mention that was happening all along the beach every night. Our last morning we saw 10 turtles laying...
