"Generally successful family stay. The Wifi worked. Breakfast had a good variety (waffles, eggs (kind varied by day), hot potatoes, sausage, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, muffins, juice, etc). The pool was outdoors, which wasn't great (my kids freaked out because there was a bug in the water), but it was well maintained and in a shady spot. Parking was easy to find."

"Day 2 our Keys didn’t work, instead of a new room we had to wait for repair.
When we came back after cleaning and repair, one bag of clothes missing from room.
3 employees at frontdisk didn’t want to help, they got angry and told us to wait for next day.
Next day front desk told us it was our own mistake, because the clothes was in a white plastic bag, cleaning will think it is garbage.
No investigation, no compensation, no service.
If you are used to Holiday inn clean hotels, dont use this...

"Very quick and easy check in and out. The property was very clean...always smelled fresh and saw staff cleaning lobby, hallway, and all areas. The room was very spacious. It had a whole kitchen I didn't realize when booking! The pool was small and closed early (9pm), but that's not the reason we were there, so that didn't really concern us. "

However, my room was clean and seemed freshly painted. Sheets and towels were clean. Small kitchenette was very nice. However, you need to bring pots & dishes to use it. Bring your own coffee pot if you like coffee (or microwave some instant). If you want ice in the morning, fill your ice tray. I could hear walking...
