"Hotel was very clean and quiet. Furnishings were in good condition. "

"I have never left a hotel as quick as I did this one! I felt so unsafe from the very moment I pulled into the parking lot. There were suspicious people lingering throughout the hotel that were blaring music and had a chained pit bull that was barking and growling the whole time we were there. There were security screens at the front desk with several cameras that were not working. The area was something out of a movie scene (not in a good way). "The front desk assistant was very helpful, I arrived early and there were no rooms available. She called and kept me updated until one became available. There was also a nice lady working in heals the next morning in the breakfast area, very professional and helpful. Will recommend this hotel."

"Day 2 our Keys didn’t work, instead of a new room we had to wait for repair. When we came back after cleaning and repair, one bag of clothes missing from room. 3 employees at frontdisk didn’t want to help, they got angry and told us to wait for next day. Next day front desk told us it was our own mistake, because the clothes was in a white plastic bag, cleaning will think it is garbage. No investigation, no compensation, no service. If you are used to Holiday inn clean hotels, dont use this...

"The property is ran down and smells old. The walls are thin. We heard the people above our room constantly walking around (inconvenient at 7am). The bathroom was molded on the ceiling and the non working exhaust fan was covered in rust. It was also uncommon and inconvenient that the staff wanted IDs for each person staying in the room."
